Our manufacturing facilities are in Runcorn, Cheshire (near Liverpool) and we operate in the West Midlands and South East regions, with offices in Coventry and Essex.
We have invested heavily in brand new CNC machinery recently and have purchased the latest software to ensure we are leading the way in car factory machinery production.
You can see our facilities on our promotional video here.
We are quick to respond to customer issues and our dynamic site-support and reaction times to production issues are often commended by our customers.
Carney UK is capable of handling projects ranging from hand-held bespoke tools to fully automated assembly lines. We have the in-house facilities and experience to design, manufacture and integrate the equipment for our customers’ production environments.
After our call and our agreement to move forward together, we take you and your idea through these steps:
1. We take the concept and design a solution in a 3D CAD environment.
2. Then we take that CAD data to our machining and fabrication workshop and build the idea.
3. Then we make it move with automation and/or pneumatics.
4. Then we get it to manufacture to create your product.
